When is pre-order available?
Pre-orders begin Tuesday, May 13th at 10am EST on LoveShackFancy.com. Pre-order will be available for 24 hours or while inventory lasts. All pre-orders will end on Wednesday, May 14th at 10am EST.
So, how does pre-order work?
All pre-order sales are final. Once you place your order, we'll place the order with the factories! From there, we will begin making your pieces just for you. We'll ship the pieces when they've gone through our entire production process.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed during pre-order are expected to ship in August 2025. You will receive an email as soon as your order ships. These pieces are made with real love and dedication - we thank you for your patience.
When is payment collected for my order?
Payments for all orders will be collected upon pre-order at checkout. All sales are final. There will be no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Can I cancel my order before the expected fulfillment date?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate cancellations on this collection. Once orders are placed, we pass this information to the factory who will begin making your pieces just for you.
Can I return the items?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges as these items are being made specifically for you.
Is inventory unlimited?
Inventory is limited. While we're hoping to have pre-order open for 24 hours, we'll be turning it off as soon as we hit capacity - plan your buy now so that you're ready to order when we go live on Tuesday, May 13th at 10am EST!
